Everything that arrives from the outside world, applications, representations, consultee responses, is frozen immutably in a verified evidence layer. AI-synthesised intelligence lives in an entirely separate presentation layer.
When prompts are refined or models upgraded, the presentation layer is rebuilt from the source. The original statutory record is never altered and never at risk.
